I was selling a house with, upon inspection, a horrible foundation issue. Time was of the essence and was referred to Kirk at Remedial Solutions. I had also contacted a few others for estimates on these issues. Kirk immediately provided not just information but education on some of the options prior to actually looking at the home. He made a special trip on the weekend and worked feverishly to complete the job. Although it was more serious than originally thought, he was way under the other estimates received and more thorough, honest, responsive and professional. NOTHING was done until I was contacted. Kirk was a blessing to find in a desperate situation but also for long term should I need his services down the road. I would highly recommend Kirk and his company . There IS a reason they have been around for many years. He has the knowledge, professionalism and experience and exceeded my expectations. As a person who also owns their own business, sometimes, you deal with people who are never happy. Kirk was upfront from our first phone call and I am extremely pleased with the result.

I highly recommend Remedial Solutions. Kirk and his staff are professional, courteous, and most importantly, honest. Kirk explained the whole process and answered any questions we had. Our basement flooded 3 times, so we had a significant amount of mold. They did a great job of removing the mold and sealing problem areas. They left the area clean and dry. The cost was way below other quotes I received. The best thing is that the air quality in our house is noticeably better. Save yourself from calling several companies for quotes and call Kirk. You'll be glad you did!

Kirk is a true professional. While we were in the process of selling our home an inspector found mold growth in our attic that needed remedied. After calling several contractors for a quote to remedy, Kirk was the only one who actually explained the process. He even told me that he could come to my home the next day for the quote (on a Saturday morning/he knew we were in a hurry). While at our home for the quote, he sat down with my wife and I to fully explain the process and gave us assurance that the new home buyers will have a warranty transferred to their name. Lastly, beyond going out of his way to make us feel good, his quote was the cheapest one we got. Kirk truly made us feel comfortable with the process and I would recommend his services to anyone. I wish all contractors worked like him.

They are truthful and honest contractors. They actually educate the home owner and explain the problem, the solution, and prevention for the future. We had 3 other inspectors at our home which refused to show us where the mold was or provide any photos of the visible mold. However, gave us significantly higher estimates. Remedial-Solutions actually provided photos, explained the process in common language and set us at ease. Remedial-Solutions also explained how to find credentialed Mold remediation contractors in the future. If you don't go with these guys do your research and find a legitimate contractor.
